In one session she discovered I had been kicked by a horse in a past life which left a lot of trauma. I work with horses in this life but I've always had a fear of being kicked and the horses pick up on my nervousness. After she released the energy a few days later I was given two horses to work on that were prone to kick out. normally I'd be slightly anxious and very cautious but I noticed my fear had dissolved.
